Classic case of the Monochromes

It's hardly a secret that we love playing around with all things bright and colourful. Yet, there lies a certain air of sophistication and elegance in the power of black and white that remains unmatched. Some call it colourless, we call it colourful! The beauty of how each completes the other in its absence is exactly why we love these aesthetically and visually pleasing colours. Much like us as a duo. The classic combination of it together has only spurred some of our favourite prints and patterns. From stripes to pinstripes to grid prints, we love everything that is created from these neutral beauties and the looks it inspires. It’s minimal. It’s chic. It’s stunning!

Emulating it, we decided to channel all that vintage and classic beauty with outfits that speak just that in volumes.

Hemal shines in a stunning black and gold themed outfit. Pairing up crisp culottes with a black shoulder baring beauty, bringing in an absolutely chic look. The neat details and silhouettes heightens the aesthetics of the outfit, coupled with the tasseled flats. Adding in a pop of fun into it, she goes for a statement bag that is just loud enough against the subtlety of the outfit.

Urmi plays a neutral muse with a gorgeous milky white off shoulder. The look is as dainty and chic as it gets. Keeping the outfit fluid only enhances its gorgeous fragility. Going with the flow, she pairs up the outfit with a black statement bucket bag that ticks all the right boxes in all its trendiness. The pop of colour in the mustard yellow earrings perfectly balances out the muted beauty of the strapy sandals.

The play on subtleties is on point, and so is the beauty of black and white. We would know, we’ve got a serious case of the monochromes.
